£30 buys one week. It is a one-off payment, not a subscription.
Nothing auto-renews, so there is nothing to cancel.
Buying another week adds to the end of the week you already have.
It moves your job up the list and changes nothing on the card. We label promoted jobs Promoted everywhere a candidate sees them, with the reason beside them. Paying for the top spot is fine. Hiding that you paid for it is not.
Live jobs means at the same time. Close one and post another whenever you like.
Every listing is live for 30 days. Then it closes itself and comes off the site. It stays in your dashboard as closed, and you can republish it.
The free job is per company, not per account. A second account on the same company number does not get a second free job.
Downgrading closes nothing you have published. Nor does a failed payment. If the subscription ends, you drop back to the one free job every company gets, and we keep the job you paid to promote.
We check the company is yours first. Start a listing, pick your company, then prove the claim on your verification page - one TXT record on your domain's DNS, or a code to your email at a domain a colleague has already bound. Checkout opens once that is done. Nothing is charged before then.
Tax. Nikah AI Ltd is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged and none is added at checkout. Prices are the total you pay. Your cancellation right is set out in refunds and cancellation.
Stripe takes the payment, in pounds, with no currency conversion. We never see your card details. We store no IP address for checkout; the privacy notice lists where we do record one.
