Searching the employers ApplySafer holds from the Companies House published register. Typing “Ltd” is fine. Your IP address is not saved.
This counts claims made, not claims won. Most published decisions are claims that were withdrawn, thrown out or dismissed; only a few were decided on the facts. We never publish who brought a claim.
Enter an employer name or company number to search.
Search an employer by name or company number to see its published tribunal record.
Published decisions carry no company number, so a decision is counted against an employer only where the respondent is named exactly as that company is registered now or was registered formerly. Anything less certain is not counted at all, which means a decision that spelled the employer's name differently is missing from these figures.
Results are listed in the order the employer search returns them, never by number of claims. ApplySafer does not rank employers by claims brought: a larger employer will usually have more claims than a smaller one for no reason other than its size.
These are decisions published on the gov.uk employment tribunal register, which covers England, Wales and Scotland. Northern Ireland industrial and fair employment tribunal decisions are not included.
“None found” is not a clean record. A nil figure means nothing matched that exact-name rule, which is a different statement from an employer having never been taken to a tribunal.
